To ensure prompt maintenance and service support from Amtel Cellular Sdn Bhd (ACSB), we strongly advise that you should register the product on Lokatoo website at www.lokatoo.com upon purchase of this product. Please keep a copy of your original receipt as proof of purchase and attached it to your warranty card when making a claim.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1)	This limited warranty is valid in Malaysia and covers the original end-user only.
2)	The product is under warranty against manufacturing defects due to faulty workmanship or internal electronic parts/materials. Amtel Reserves its absolute discretion and rights to replace a product under warranty with an equivalent model in lieu of repair.
3)	This warranty becomes null and void under the following conditions:
	a. defects arising from misuse/mishandling, abuse, accident, negligence, damage caused directly or indirectly by fire, flood, convulsion of nature, war, riot or civil commotion or any acts of god; or b. if this product is exposed to moisture or dampness; or c. if this product has been tampered with, undergone unauthorized repairs by 3rd parties, improper installation, alterations or modifications to this product, and damage/tearing/removal of the Amtel warranty sticker that is affixed to this product. d. if this product was used with or connected to a product, accessories, device, hardware, software and/or service not manufactured, supplied or authorized by ACSB or was used otherwise than for its intended use. The defects can be caused by viruses from your or from a third party’s unauthorized access to services, other accounts, computer systems or networks. This authorized access can take place through a variety of other means, including hacking or password-mining; or e. in the event that the serial number on its product has been altered, defaced or removed.
4)	The warranty period of this product and its accessories from the date of ACSB’s warranty sticker is as follows: a. GPS device 12 months b. Accessories (internal batteries) 6 months c. Accessories: (charger, adapter, headsets, holder & cradle) 6 months
5)	This warranty does not cover the external housing and cosmetic parts of the device.
6)	For any warranty claim, the product shall be delivered by the end-user at his own expense to ACSB’s premises or designated service centers.
7)	The repaired product will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period or for thirty (30) days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.
8)	This warranty will only be effective if the warranty card is completed and returned to ACSB within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, or if the customer logs on to www.lokatoo.com to register the warranty.
